If someone you love is experiencing memory loss, peace of mind can be yours at the Gardens of Germantown. Our expertise in dementia and Alzheimer’s care sets us apart from other assisted living communities that do not specialize in Memory Care. Our unique Memory Care community, located in quiet, suburban Germantown, is devoted to caring for those with dementia at all levels of care. Our well-trained team members are completely focused on the care and nurturing of your loved one, whether he or she needs minimal or more comprehensive Alzheimer’s Care.
The Gardens of Germantown Memory Care offers three safe and secure neighborhood options purposely designed for your loved one with memory loss. Our neighborhoods provide an intimate and open concept environment encouraging socialization and activity.
Two neighborhoods are designed for loved ones with initial to intermediate stages of Alzheimers disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss. Individualized care includes engaging activities and socialization, plus assistance with the activities of daily living as needed. Our third neighborhood is specifically designed for individuals in the more advanced stages of memory loss, providing a comforting environment and increased levels of care.
